On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that 74,250,000 Consideration Shares have been issued and allotted to the Vendors on 19 April 2021. Further, the Consideration Shares have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today, marking the completion of the Proposed Acquisition.
