Resignation Of Group Chief Financial Officer

With reference to the announcement in relation to the resignation of our Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) on 30 September 2022, the Board of Directors of MI TECHNOVATION BERHAD wishes to state that our CFO has resigned to pursue her personal matter.

The Company practises independent Business Unit management structure and the departure of the CFO, who has no influences on customers and investors decision making, will have minimal impact on the Company’s business operations.
