Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MiTB wishes to announce that the Board via its SGS Committee has on 2 January 2025 made an offer of share grant ("Grants") to its eligible person under the Company's SGS in accordance with the By-Laws with details as follows:- 

1) Date of Offer: 2 January 2025

2) Exercise price: Not applicable 

3) Number of Shares granted: 255,000 ordinary shares

4) Closing market price of the Company's share on the date of offer: RM2.28 per share

5) None of the Grants is being offered to the Executive Directors of the Company.

6) Vesting period of the Grants: Within the next 1-3 years
