All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Mi Equipment Holdings Berhad dated 28 May 2018.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 28 May 2018 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 7 June 2018.

In the event there are any changes to the timetable, the notice of changes will be advertised in a widely circulated Bahasa Malaysia and English daily newspaper within Malaysia. Following this, the dates for the balloting of the applications, allotment of Issue Shares/transfer of Offer Shares and Listing will be extended accordingly.
