Further to the Company's announcements on 14 November 2018 and 5 December 2018 in relation to the proposed change of Company's name from "MI EQUIPMENT HOLDINGS BERHAD" to "MI TECHNOVATION BERHAD" and subsequent to the passing of the Special Resolution by the shareholders of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting duly held on 26 December 2018, the Board wishes to announce that the Companies of Commission of Malaysia has on 27 December 2018 issued the Notice of Change of Name to the Company. Thus, the Company is now known as MI TECHNOVATION BERHAD.
