Company Overview

Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 19 June 2017 as a private limited company under the name of Mi Equipment Holdings Sdn Bhd. Our Company was incorporated for the purpose of being an investment holding company and listing vehicle for our Group pursuant to our Listing.

On 6 July 2017 and 2 August 2017, we entered into share sales agreement to acquire 100% equity interest in Mi Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd and Mi International Pte Ltd respectively. The acquisitions were completed on 6 July 2017 and 2 August 2017 respectively. Consequentially, Mi Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd and Mi International Pte Ltd became wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mi Equipment Holdings Sdn Bhd.
