Pursuant to Chapter 9, Part J, Paragraph 9.19(46) and Part H of the Appendix 9A of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Mi wishes to announce that Mi Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Ohima International Pte Ltd. (formerly known as Mi International Pte. Ltd.), both wholly owned subsidiaries of Mi, have carried out a valuation exercise on its properties ("Valuation").
